WARRANTIES & SERVICES
As with all high technology products, lasers and light based systems will always function better and last longer when they receive regular maintenance. There are a number of different options available to the owner dependent upon your needs and location. The Laser Network can assist you in deciding which method will work best for you - manufacturer direct or certified third-party.
All lasers purchased from The Laser Network are sold "as is working." By this, we mean that upon delivery to your designated destination you can expect the system to power up and function to manufacturers specifications. In striving to continually exceed your expectations, you can rest assured that if this does not happen we will act to remedy the situation immediately to all parties satisfaction.
The service and warranty options for your valuable investment we believe are best left up to the experts - the original equipment manufacturers or in certain cases other third party providers. Again, the team at The Laser Network will be happy to work with you to choose the best fit for your special circumstances and needs. Option 2 - MY SYSTEM IS BROKEN - HELP
- Do NOT use this option unless you already have an existing system that is broken and you need a service technician dispatched.
